“The gentleman who made my sandwich to start off with on 1/30/24 at 11:32am was hands down amazing and so kind and very knowledgeable on sandwiches they no longer had that I didn’t know. He also was so super kind to my daughter then the older lady who finished the sandwiches was very short and did not have a very customer service voice I felt that she didn’t like her job so the stars given today was for the gentleman who helped us with our sandwiches is ther reason I gave the 5 start rating“
“Came here earlier and got a BLT combo and chicken salad. Everything here is always fresh and ready to be prepared, the staff are always super nice and they have usually have good music playing. Every time i come in it's either just me or is me and one or two other ppl. I highly recommend coming here, my husband and i love it!“
“This is one of the best sandwiches I have ever had. Before I even finished it, I was already looking at the menu of what I am going to get next time. Went in to place the order, being it was my first time, and they were very quick.. I ordered the Jack Hammer on Rye, which is very delicious. This will be my go-to lunch spot. There was so much meat on the sandwiches and came with a small side of potato salad or macaroni salad. Great quality and friendly service..Update. “this place is very good. amazing options for vegetarian and in general. the food is amazing and pretty healthy too. the service is impeccable and they are always asking me if i’m doing okay and i just find customer service like that to be superb. and they have craft soda! the kind of soda that doesn’t make you feel fat when you get it and is just the better soda options altogether. definitely on the pricey side with my ordering coming in at 15 dollars every time but for the quality i think it’s worth it.“

“Been going here for years and the new location made it that much better. Tons of seating and a huge bar. My recommended sandwich is the Cali mist if you can handle a little spice. Devin, Kiana, Danny and Hunter are the best bar tenders IMO but generally the service is always great no matter who you get.“
“Tons of authentic Mexican goodies; it makes you feel like you walking into a store in Guadalajara. For example they had raspados, Tostilocos, agua fresca, ect everything taste great. To continue there prices beat what your would pay in store and the customer service is very nice and welcoming.“

“Food Is always on Point but today I want to give a shout out to the staff! My kids LOVE jersey mikes so when we got a email for BOGO how could we resist right! Anyhow my 4 year old was telling the staff he wants to work there. What did they do give him an "'application" ( a napkin) to write his name and availably and made him promise to bring his resume and references in. To say he was stoked is an understatement. And the guys that was interacting with him was bran new. and the boss gal entertained it too. I have to say thank you you guys are them best!!!“

“I've never heard of this place but always enjoy a good deli or sandwich shop and boy this place DID NOT DISAPPOINT. I had the Paul Reuben, pastrami on French bread with a French dressing and purple cabbage. I've considered myself a Pastrami guy and this sandwich literally changed my entire day. The pastrami was thick and not fatty, the cabbage was delicious, and the bread was so fresh and crunchy! I was greeted by a friendly and very polite gentleman with kind long hair (sorry didn't get your name). The menu is huge but this is great because sandwiches are normally boring but theses all seemed amazing. The restaurant is really cool inside and has a lot of seating inside or outside. I loved the pictures they had with celebrities like Halsey and Bonnie Jill . And last but probably the best thing was the caramel apple pop! I'll be back to this place FOR SURE.“

Last time I was here the card reader was having issues but Madison got it sorted out and helped me on my way. “Happy to have JM's in Lemon Grove. I stopped in today and ordered two Italian subs. The staff are so curtious, professional and soooo artistic in creating the best Italian subs for me. “Boar's Head + awesome fresh bread + stubborn soda = a great deli option. I'm not a fan of the chain sandwich joints, and as a BH ride or die fan, it's great to have something like this in the area. Inside there's 6 tables, but the center is bare enough for the to go crowd to wait. I normally drink water, but saw the Stubborn Soda options and said why not. The turkey club was delightful on squaw with the right amount of condiments to toppings / meat. Will definitely be back, gotta support local.“

“Our visit to the Subway was a pleasant experience! The toppings were fairly fresh, and the staff wore gloves, maintaining hygiene standards. While it would have been ideal for the glass to provide better protection of mouth spray during order discussions, their sanitation practices surpassed those of other restaurants. “I hadn't been to subway in a while so I stopped by for my usual tuna sandwich. I got the footlong on white, they didn't have the jalapeño cheese bread I usually get but I was still good. I put pretty much everything on it everything was fresh and crunchy bread was fresh and soft. It was a little light on the lettuce but thats not a problem. All in all I liked it. No line. I got in ordered and was on my way. I'll be going back here for sure“
