I ordered food to the app. It was ready on time, person greeted me quickly and well, add the food was tasty. Bravo
A few weeks ago cashier did not know how to charge for specials such as the new Faves promo. Told me that thats what the menu and the window said but that it isn't a thing. Didn't try to help or make up for even possible confusion. Today I went in. Same employ didn't acknowledge me when I walked in (fine, whatever) and then went over into the corner and took a phonecall from her cell and didn't greet me or ask for a second.
