Very friendly staff the food is great.
I stopped by on a Sunday around 3:30 PM. The restaurant has plenty of indoor seating and a very casual, laid-back atmosphere. You order at the register, and they bring your food out to your table.
They’re dog-friendly, which is great. They even have dog treats available, which is always a nice touch for those of us dining with our pups.

Went to Evan’s after searching for a decent cheesesteak spot in my part of the city. I got exactly what I’ve been missing. I ordered an 8’ cheesesteak sandwich, with spicy peppers, and the whiz. It arrived in no time at all and the service was great. The cheesesteak absolutely slapped. I’ll be returning soon to try more and this is my new cheesesteak spot. Definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the Point Loma area.
