This used to be the location of Gaglione Bros, also a cheesesteak place. I was bummed when it closed. I'm not sure when Evan's Deli and Brew opened but I wish I knew sooner. I was craving a cheesesteak and garlic fries and pleased to see Evan's was at this location. These cheesesteaks and garlic fries are delicious! I've been here like 3 times within the last month. I was in the San Diego area for a business trip and I found Evan's Deli & Brew and I decided to give it a try. I had a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich and it was one of the best I have had. The service was even better, so I decided to return again for a turkey sandwich the next day. The food great quality and tastes great! I would recommend this wonderful deli to my friends and family. Oh, and they have beer and wine - need I say more? Give them a try, you will be glad you did.

Evan has been at the register the couple of times I visited. His welcoming attitude makes the good food taste even better.The cheesesteaks are on point. I have family in Philadelphia area so I know a good cheesesteak when I have one!I will absolutely be a returning customer as I enjoyed both the food and the service.
