That said, food was a tad slow coming out for how quiet it was, and I just can't get over the price. x1 each Burger + tots + beer = $45 w/ 15% tip. Hard to make that argument w/ so many other good spots near by delivering comparable food/experience at a lower price.“

“Took my wife to lunch last Saturday afternoon. We were feeling nostalgic and looking for something we were familiar with. I haven’t been to islands since before Covid. The place has not changed a bit. So glad they are still around because they have great food in a great atmosphere and the Waite, staff and bartender were extremely friendly and accommodating. I like islands because you know what you’re going to get when you walk in there. You’re not wondering if it’s going to be good or bad, it’s always good! If you haven’t been to islands in a while, go back and eat there again. I think you’ll be glad you did!“

“The hidden gem in the desert. Almost drove by and didn't noticed it, but so glad I did. Burgers are made fresh like everything they serve, not frozen or microwaved. On way to Rancho Cucamonga from Vegas, stopped and ordered a breakfast burrito. It was great, so I stopped by on the way back to Vegas for a late lunch. Burger, fries & shake were the best. Highly recommend to anyone traveling thru. A+“

“The staff is friendly the food tastes amazing and its decently priced. The burgers are huge compared to other burger joints and they taste perfect. please don't change. I do like the yellow and red decor... I suggest #carlsjr #carlsjunior considers spicing it up a bit. a good idea is to put the smiling star on the seats, a clock, ... a children's watch for a kids meal or you could sell em for like $5 or something... I think it would be cool if you had solid Carl's Jr. Star stars .... like a paperweight or something... solid high quality plastic is what I mean....... “We tried ordering several things but they didn't have anything double, and nothing with milk shakes. What we did finally order was fine.service was good and quick.but out front was some homeless man who was blowing his harmonica on like the highest his speaker would allow and it was pretty annoying maybe they should ask him not to sit directly in front of the front door.“

“I had an exceptional experience at Carl’s Jr. during my recent drive-thru visit, and I want to give a special shoutout to Reyna for her outstanding customer service. The AI drive-thru system initially began taking my order, but Reyna took the time to step in, override it, and personally assist me instead.

She was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I had a question regarding the 9-piece Chicken Stars, and she clearly explained my options and even let me know I could upgrade them to a 20-piece. That extra effort to make sure I understood my choices really made a difference and helped me decide on what would work best for me.

It’s not often you encounter someone who takes that extra step to ensure a customer feels heard and taken care of, especially in a drive-thru setting. Reyna’s professionalism and kindness did not go unnoticed, and thanks to her excellent service, I’ll definitely be returning. “I have to be honest, it's a little noisy inside. The food is really good. I had the beef wellington, it was definitely worth trying but their filet melts in your mouth. Do not leave without Gordon Ramsey's grandma dessert. It's divine. Sticky toffee pudding. The service makes you feel special. Our waiter and his staff never missed a step. You'll drop a pretty penny, maybe a parents date night, leave the kids at home. The wine wall is pretty amazing to see. Check it out.“

“I used the app to purchase food. I can deals with the app that I normally don't get if I walk in and buy food. The restaurant had recently been refurbished. I will give it 5 stars but there was homeless people sitting down nit eating and some of customers did not clean up after themselves and left food on the table so that was very disappointing.“
