“Our first time visiting this place. We went last Saturday night to watch the “Horseshoe Lucky Band”. This place was spacious and had several breweries offering a variety of drinks at reasonable prices, an urban winery, and burger joint. Enjoyed listening and dancing to country music.“
“Stopped in after work on a Friday for a drink and was pleasantly surprised. Friendly atmosphere, clean, good tv's for sports viewing. We had Zuchinni fries as a snack and they were crispy, flavorful, & the ranch dipping sauce was delish. You can always judge a place if their ranch is good or not. John our server was super cool and friendly. I was on the fence about ordering another glass of wine and he let me know they do half glasses, which was perfect. They serve breakfast on the weekends from 9-12 and we I'll for sure try it out. Nice to have a local sports bars in Vista!“
“This mom and pop shop is fantastic! They offer delicious food, ice cream, and water. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and the establishment is impeccably clean. Every visit is a delight due to the cleanliness and welcoming atmosphere.“
“As of April 2024, Rumors that the Vista store is going out of business is non existent! Daughter of owners just opened a store in San Diego down town area. I have a friend who drives from LaJolla to Vista for their chocolate & peanut butter malt. This is a very cool family restaurant thats been in business for 40 years. Very, very reasonable prices! Hot food or any kind of icecream, malts, banana splits... their menu is HUGE!“
“I love this old school dinner vibe and the outdoor back patio. Food is great for the price. A huge plus for the 395 sandwich and the burgers: Juicy and perfectly cooked. I also like the fact that they are made with 1/2lbs patties. Please make sure you try the chips! (I love mines unseasoned) They are spectacular! Very good value for money. Very friendly staff and local patrons. Support your local veteran owned business!“
“Good food and service at this location... the beach bowel is a favorite, and my son favors the Pipeline Burger. The menus have a good variety to select from. This venue has a tropical theme which is a great change of paste if you are looking to get away from the traditional lore...“
“Got the old town hot dog and it was by far one of the best hot dogs I've ever had. Super tasty with the right amount of spice. The beer was good. Great atmosphere. Service was okay. We had to go inside to grab utensils and napkins after our food was taken out. Overall tho, the food was worth it and we will definitely be coming again.“
“Nice atmosphere, old-school chargers posters on the wall, and a couple TVs for sports. Couple of nice folks running the place, I had the veggie burger, it was reasonably priced, delicious, and I didn't have to wait very long for a to go order. The fries had just the right amount of seasoning and tasted very fresh. I'd go back here.“
“We were working on a Saturday morning, and my boss said he'd get us breakfast. The majority of us voted for Tom's, while the opposition wanted the Bressi Ranch breakfast place. Our order consisted of 2 breakfast burritos (one bacon, one sausage), chicken and waffles with eggs, a waffle breakfast (2 eggs, choice of bacon or sausage), and the appetizer sampler of onion rings, fried zucchini, and French fries. The GrubHub total without tip was just over $50. Everyone was happy, raving about how good their breakfast was. That is, after the "don't bother me, I'm eating" silence was finally broken. Even the opposition was complimentary, and not even begrudgingly. The appetizer sampler was reheated in the toaster oven later in the day, and the chicken was shamelessly eaten cold straight from the fridge before we left in the evening. Once again, praises all around. Nobody even missed the $11 side of bacon from the other place.“
“Ahhhh, Jack in The Box.I like J-Bo, they got a good thing going, their ranch is good, their spicy sauce is VERY good! (Try putting Curly fries on your Jumbo Jack w/Cheese and smother it with their spicy sauce, you won't regret it)However...Burger presentation has its ups and downs, one minute you're getting a commercial presentation then the next visit it looks like someone put your order in a bag, went out back, took their anger out on it and came back with a friendly smile and sent you on your way. -Needs steady consistency-Aside from their other options such as the Chicken sandwhich/burgers it's drier than the water reservoir on a 2008 Nissan Altima that some parent gave to their out of control daughter. -Needs work, no more dried out Chicken-Overall they get 4 stars, but keep it up Jack in The Box you got a good thing going.Parking: Of course there's parking, don't expect stadium sized parking lots. Just enough to find a spot and walk in.Wheelchair accessibility: It's got a ramp so you can kick flip down onto the street.“
“Very Good Hamburger Selection... and they're double double protein style burgers are so good.? Two thumbs up. ??Vegetarian options: Their protein style burgers are very very goodParking: First come first serveWheelchair accessibility: They have wheelchair accessibility parking and tables“
