“First visit, I had the Chimichurri Tri-Tip plate ($20.95).
The tri-tip was very good, nicely done. Good flavor and good serving size. Chimicurri sauce was also very good. The fries were served hot and crisp, mixed grilled veg serving was very small, focaccia bread (not shown) was fresh.
The counter service was slow, we were ignored for too long, with no acknowledgement.
We sat on outside patio area, staff was slow to clean tables (there were crows feeding off the leftover plates).“

“The entire staff is friendly, professional, and extremely hospitable. Today, I ordered a burger for my son with a condiment that I forgot he didn’t like. When it arrived at the table, the gentleman who brought the order to our table immediately recognized that my son wasn't happy about it. Without hesitating, he immediately exchanged the burger for one without the condiment and even brought a small French fry for my son while he waited. This prevented a hungry kid's meltdown. It was a small gesture that had a hugely positive impact on the quality of our experience. I'm always greeted with a smile and the team always welcomes my family’s complicated order without rushing us. We look forward to returning on the regular.“

“I understand mistakes happen. I usually eat at this restaurant once a week after my late shift around 2/3 a.m. I noticed the quality of food got really bad. My meal was simple—a single patty cheeseburger with nothing on it. The first mess-up was the fries—they were burnt. Then the second mess-up: a burnt burger. Like, crispy burnt. Then my last and final straw—they served me a moldy burger that I thought was flour. Even my friends saw it and agreed after I sent them a picture. I ended up in the hospital. I called the manager, and he didn’t even offer a refund—said I was lying. I told him I’d send proof, and then he said no and hung up in my face. Not only is the manager rude and disrespectful, he cares little for his kitchen’s mistakes—and it cost me a day in the hospital. Cost me the only day I have with my son. All because his chefs are lazy and don’t care what they serve.“

“seriously had a wonderful time talking to jasmine. She was super nice and helpful while I was ordering. Her positivity and mindfulness really go a long way. I appreciated her funny stories and quick service. She was genuinely one of the realest people i’ve talked to in a while. Please if you go ask for jasmine she will make your experience 10 times better. Corporate better promote her before she moves on !!!!“

“I’m really grateful the melt is open so late because where else can you get a quality burger at 1 in the morning? Now that I graduated UCSD, I’m seriously gonna miss my beloved late night snickerdoodle milkshakes as well as being greeted by the melt’s friendly staff! Claire really stood out to me as someone who was consistently cheerful and helpful. I also really love that they’ve been showing the World Cup! I highly recommend stopping by for a bite to eat as it’s never failed to be yummy and a good vibe!“

“Fun coastal ride today, lunch stop at The Hamburger Hut was PERFECT, per the super cool Bartender named Cisco, they think of it as in and out with a full bar! I noticed they had Old Forester Whiskey, but was on the bike, so could not partake, but will be back! Awesome parking lot for bikes. Good inside and patio seating. Burgers are smashburger style, fries are shoestring, buns are Kings Hawaiian, and everything is delicious!!! Ridden by this place countless times and had never been, it will be a routine stop now. Prices are excellent! You order at the window outside, then sit inside with a buzzer, if you sit at the bar (no minors) it is full service. Nice ocean views today and traffic was super easy! 👍“

“The top sections on the menu are 100% plant based, and the second half has meat options. It sounds like they used to be fully vegan, so it’s disappointing they added meat to the menu. I enjoyed the Munchwrap and the smash burger was pretty good. Next time I hope to try the flatbread—they currently have one plant based flatbread on the menu.“

Our choices were to sit outside in the sun or inside the stuffy room that felt like there was no A/C. Lots of seating available, just none that were really comfortable.“

“I'm not a big fan of burgers, so I don't eat them very often. But Annie's Burgers impresses me every time I visit. No other franchise can match their portion sizes and food quality. My family usually gets the Monster, Texas, and Teriyaki burgers. The teriyaki sauce is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend it!“

“My first time here. It was good, not great. I got the single burger lounge combo and added bacon and avocado. The burger itself is really small so get the double even if you wouldn't normally or think it's too much. Since the burger is thin and small, the toppings are really overwhelming and it's really all I tasted. The service was excellent.“

“We come here periodically and the food is always great. We appreciate the healthy choices, especially for our kiddos too. Even the soft drinks are yummy. I especially love their sauces and the chimichurri that comes with the empanadas is to die for. Our kids were having a rough time on one of our recent visits - our toddler was crying - and Louie was so kind and understanding. He saved the day with a couple of cookies for the kids. There was also an odd alarm going off behind their building that made it a little unpleasant to sit outside, but he found the security guard and got the issue fixed right away, which felt above-and-beyond. Coming here is always a little treat for our family, and we will definitely be back. Thanks Louie!“
