Based on the reviews, Chief’s Burgers, Brew & Spirits is a simple place with great food and drinks. The Jalapeño burger is top notch, and the fries are great. The house made coleslaw is also good. The fish and chips is very tasty, and the sweet potato fries are good too. The hot chicken sandwich is a glorious collision of spice and sanity. The Root Beer old fashion is delicious and is on the main menu, not the drink menu. The iced tea is cold and mean. The tap list is decent, with a good SD Pale Ale and a good IPA. The happy hour is a good deal. The staff is super nice and attentive. The restaurant has a Denver Broncos fan sitting area with memorabilia. It is a great restaurant and bar.
