“I had an excellent experience at Carl’s Jr. today. The food was amazingly fresh, hot, and exactly how it should be. What really made the visit stand out was the service from Karla. She was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made sure everything was perfect with my order.

It’s not often you come across customer service like that. Karla went above and beyond to make the experience enjoyable, and it truly made my day. Employees like her are a big reason customers keep coming back. Thank you, Karla, for the great service and for representing Carl’s Jr. so well! Will definitely be coming back !!“

“After posting a negative review about the service at this restaurant, they gave me a $50 gift card to go back and try again. Unbelievably, the service was even worse this time around. We were sitting on the patio with our dogs, and the server barely made any appearances. I could see her other tables were getting frustrated, and I believed her when she apologized, saying that she was busy with her inside tables. Clearly management has not adequately staffed this restaurant, and there was never a manager checking on tables on the patio during our prolonged visit. The restaurant was incredibly popular, and I witnessed them turning multiple people away who did not have reservations while we were waiting for our table. Maybe the inside tables get better service? One of the benefits of the restaurant, though, is being able to bring our dogs, so hopefully they will figure out how to staff the patio better in the future.“

A reason for the four is I ordered an egg for my barbecue tri-tip sandwich and the yolk came done like well done. I would expect any chef knows that when you order an egg for a burger or a sandwich if you want it to be ready nice and warm and runny that’s why you have it put on there. But flavors and textures were excellent“

“I had the food delivered via Uber Eats, a really good burger, the original double crispy burger, packaging was top notch, I also got the half and half onion rings and fries. Onion rings were perfect, the fries were decent enough, one improvement could be a seasoning option like Cajun. Susan always quick to check on guests and her milkshakes are to die for! If there was refills on milkshakes I probably would never leave! 5 stars, 10/10 experience each time!“

“So glad Legoland opened up, there were if rides closed, the lines were long but we love going because it's close. You can get wet, ride coasters and end your day with a slow magnet through the aquarium, and the burgers in Castle Hill are awesome!!!“

“The top sections on the menu are 100% plant based, and the second half has meat options. It sounds like they used to be fully vegan, so it’s disappointing they added meat to the menu. I enjoyed the Munchwrap and the smash burger was pretty good. Next time I hope to try the flatbread—they currently have one plant based flatbread on the menu.“
