They have cameras and a huge screen, even after you verify your order with the "distracted" employee, whats in your bag doesn't match what's on the screen. I understand things happen , but check your bag because for me its typiaclly missing purchased items. All the tech doesn't seem to be helping with accuracy.
I gave it to 2 stars only. I had two bad experiences back-to-back. My last visit was yesterday and the order taker had a major attitude. I ordered a sausage burrito combo and she input two sauces and I asked her for 6. It showed up as 4. Again I asked her for 6. When the order arrived there were only two. I again said I asked for 6 and she had a major attitude saying I'll get it for you and I said no I will get it myself because I don't want there to be another screwup. She acted...read full review

The McDonald's "experience" is so awful nowadays that's hard to comprehend that at one it was a good place to eat and had excellence in service. The only reason I stop there now is for a coffee, soon I'll stop doing that because is almost 4 dollars not worth the hassle anymore.
