“We eat here everytime we visit the leucadia farmers market without fail. The mulitas are exceptional and my kids are obsessed with the tacos. We are gluten free also and can't believe the food being served is vegan as well. The guys are so friendly and the little helpers are a cute bonus. The food doesn't get much better in SD and I'm already looking forward to the next visit.“

“Shaks came recommended to us by our wedding photographer. Upon finding out they were Armenian Lebanese (same as my family!), we knew we would book with them. As we lived out of the country, our parents went to the menu tasting and had the time of their lives. They came back raving about the place and said we have to book. Totally didn't understand the assignment of narrowing down the menu items we should have on the big day, lol. but that's a testament to how good the food is (especially the fresh falafel). Andrew was so helpful on calls, as he is very busy and emails weren't the best method of communication, and answered all of our questions, worked within our parameters and with a ton of integrity. The team was a delight on the day of and worked their tails off in the kitchen with a smile and in front of the guests. The food was a hit with the guest and I am still thinking about the garlic that I'm sure I smelled like on the wedding night because I just couldn't get enough, lol. The leftovers were awesome to have and to share with guests, too. We will be visiting Shak's when we're in the area as a nostalgia trip!!“

“Great place. Great staff, adorable building, good food. If you don’t like the smell of smoke, though, make sure that you’re not going too far into the evening. They have a fire pit going out in front of the restaurant and keep the doors open so the whole restaurant filled with smoke last night.“

“Plenty of screens for sports! Good food, craft beer and terrific local family atmosphere. The staff is hard working and attentive. A real gem tucked away in a neighborhood strip mall. It has invested in the sports package, so this is the best place for a game that you may miss at home. Always nice to enjoy sports around other sports fans. My go to for North County San Diego Forty Niners games, televised or not! Don’t miss a game, come here and really enjoy it! See you there!“

“Been going here a LONG time. Love their happy hour slices but they keep raising the prices and moving the time they do it. They currently do $2.50 slices 2-4pm every weekday for those willing to wait to eat. Best slice by far is the Birria hot honey.“

“Best pizza ever, in the top 3! I have eaten at one of the top 10 in the USA, and URBN should be there! It is thin crust, so very easy to fold, which you have to because the slices are large. It is coal fired, so the crust is oh so slightly burned which is a must! I can not stress how awesome it is! Fantastic crust, and red sauce. I can not count the number of times I have eaten here. I only get the pepperoni. The only thing missing is a pinball machine and juke box! Small but have never had to wait for a place to sit. I am guessing there are 10-12 tables, and a large table in the back to accommodate a group of 10 and maybe more. A large pie will feed 3 adults.“

“I've come here a handful of times, since the other two locations near me closed. Their salsa bar is great and their fish tacos are still on point and unbeatable for the price and quality, especially on taco Tuesday. The people here have also always been very nice, which goes a long way with me.“

“I stay at the Townplace Marriott Once a year for business. I always stop in. There staff is friendly and prompt. The pizza is great. Salads are fresh served with all the right stuff. You need to check it out.“

The 4-tier wedding cake was stunning and exactly what my daughter envisioned. Laura also made a darling little birthday cake for my granddaughter (whose 1st birthday was the day of the wedding) - it was a perfect complement to the wedding cake.

The cakes themselves were beyond delicious. I lost count of how many of our guests said, “I never bother with wedding cake, but everyone keeps saying how good these cakes are, so I have to have a slice.” One friend had four slices of the strawberry cake alone!

“Love these Tortillas! always find them in local grocery stores and my kids love these. i decided to check out the location after seeing its a local in vista. place is a little hidden but made my way to the office all the way in the back. lucky for me the tortilla size i wanted was just being made and they gave me one as soon as it was packaged! only thing is if you want corn tortillas you should get here early since they make some every night for all the restaurants they try not to have too much left over so they sell quick in the morning“

“This little hole in the wall is a gem! I walked in and immediately saw signs of beautiful authenticity. If you are looking for white-washed, Americanized Indian food, then this may not be your jam. But if you want the real thing, please plan a visit to Bombay Cafe. We ordered the Tandoori Chicken and the Lamb Tikka Masala. Both dishes were fantastic. The presentation of the Tandoori was particularly impressive!

Don’t plan your visit here with fast food timing in mind; everything is made to order. In fact, you can watch your chef cook your food through a glass window! When you read the menu, understand that everything is separate; we ordered Basmati rice and garlic naan to go with our dishes!

“This place right down the street from my home. I have been going here for years now & will continue to do so. Everyone is very friendly & the donuts are delicious. Yesterday my husband and I stopped by at noon to pick up 3 dozens of donuts to take to our cousins viewing in Tj. We told this to the lady helping us, then she said "wait, let me give you something!" And she gave us 1 dozen donuts for FREE! Her kindness just brought joy to my heart & we thank her for her beautiful action. You all have a blessed weekend.“

Oggi's has an extensive casual menu of fresh salads, specialty pizzas, burgers and gluten-free, healthy options that pair perfectly with craft beer and cocktails. The garlic knots bread appetizer is so YUM! Definitely order the larger portion size. I like the option of ordering Half or Full portion size for most dishes. Service was friendly and attentive. “Food is good however, I ordered my Eggs Bene pouched medium to hard they came super loose - yuck. They don’t tell you the potatoes are made with red potatoes- yuck. Lastly, the outside patio is filthy. Really really gross sticky.“

“I visited for a business lunch and I was really impressed. This might be my new favorite Thai restaurant. The restaurant was clean and spacious with tasteful decor. The hostess/waitress was genuine and polite. I actually felt like she was happy to serve us. My associate ordered the Panang curry with chicken while I went for the Pad Thai with chicken- spicy level 10/10. It actually had a kick! Rarely am I challenged by heat, but the dish was flavorful, plated attractively and a fully portioned. Next time I’m in the mood for Thai food, I’ll certainly be coming back!“
