i got the pollo burrito at the vista vegan pop-up and it was SO good!! can’t wait to try more!
The vegan quesobirria tacos were delicious, and I loved the wide variety of alternative proteins / meats available (including soy, wheat, and mushrooms). Great stop at the farmers market!
Burritos, tacos, mulitas…you can’t go wrong! This vegan Mexican food is the best part of a Saturday morning at the food market!
