“I’ve been coming to this bakery for about 18 years, and while the food and flavors are good overall, the main reason I keep coming back is for the niño envuelto bread and the champurrado. They are absolutely delicious and consistently great. I highly recommend trying them if you visit — they’re definitely the highlights for me.“

“Today, I went to the cafe at around 2 pm. It’s open until 7 pm but all the chairs were up on the tables. When I asked if they were closed I was told they were just washing the floors. Who puts the chairs up and washes the floors 5 hours before closing…so unwelcoming. The coffee was tepid also. I simply don’t understand semi-closing the cafe mid-day.“

“It was a pleasure to work with Laura, and the cakes she created for my daughter's weddng were spectacular!

The 4-tier wedding cake was stunning and exactly what my daughter envisioned. Laura also made a darling little birthday cake for my granddaughter (whose 1st birthday was the day of the wedding) - it was a perfect complement to the wedding cake.

The cakes themselves were beyond delicious. I lost count of how many of our guests said, “I never bother with wedding cake, but everyone keeps saying how good these cakes are, so I have to have a slice.” One friend had four slices of the strawberry cake alone!

“I'm not sure what her name is, but she's really pretty and she always gives me googly eyes when i get coffee and is very attractive. I'm sure she owns the place she gives off boss lady attitude with a sweet and welcoming attitude. I wonder if she's single. She's been teaching me Spanish.“
