“Today we went to the Rod Run in downtown Temecula. We stopped in Oak Grove Center Culinary creations. Wow! Such a cute location. The lemon lavender bar 100% recommend! Her tasting was awesome, we got to try all the cake flavors with different fillings and toppings, and design the cakes together in regards to size and decor. I actually changed my cake design a month before the wedding and she was accommodating and easy to communicate with! The cake at our wedding was honestly THE BEST WEDDING CAKE I HAVE EVER HAD and many of our guest reiterated that to us! Tasty and beautiful! I can’t recommend Bocakes enough!“

“Great filipino bakery inside the Island Pacific. The have fresh filipino baked items such as pan de sol, puto, and other items. I always pick up a dozen fresh pan de Sol when I go shopping here. The staff is sometimes so overwhelmed by all the customers there but they do their best and are quick. I recommend using cash because it is so much fast for some reason. I recommend everyone that is near here to try a little but of everything here.“

“What an amazing place! We visited from out of town and ordered a little bit of everything and it all surpassed expectations. The matcha was lovely, the cinnamon rolls were some of the best we have had, the breakfast sandwiches were delightfully seasoned and the fresh baked bread on them was a very pleasant change from the breakfast burritos everyone else has to offer. We took a croissant for later and I’m sure it’s going to delight. The manager Amber must somehow be related to the people who own this establishment with the way that she cares for the business. As a business owner myself, she is the kind of employee you try to steal for your own company.

“This is my forbidden food that I crave even though I know it is so horrible for my body. There is no other cinnamon roll that I have ever experienced like this in my travels. You have to consume these hot and freshly baked or they are simply not the whole experience. Of course the center is always THE best part, so soft, buttery and drenched in cinnamon. The price is a little high but completely worth it. Don’t try these if you do not want to get addicted- nothing will ever compare after you try these.“

“Service is hit or miss, which determines your portions. Some items really good, others just ok. Used to be pretty decent on pricing but it has spiked over the last year. Definitely cutting into the value and review. Prices increased about 25% over the last year.“

The menu and pastries are all the same as their other places! Everything is really tasty, and they're able to maintain the standard that we expect. Depending on your preferences, I highly recommend their fruit tart pastries, chocolate pastries, and mini garlic croissants!

* Strawberry Croissant: 10/10 - the most worthwhile item since it's so big 🍓
* Mini Garlic Croissants: 10/10 - garlic flavor is so light and tasty 🥐
* Fruit Pastry: 10/10 - pastry is crisp while fruit is fresh
* Pain au Chocolat: 9/10 - nice and flakey 🍫
* Pain aux Raisins: 8/10 - good but could use more raisins 🍇

My favorite thing about the place is that they also offer to-go boxes at the entrance, so you can pack your own items, which makes it so much more efficient. Other places only offer the tray, so your items are boxed at the register, which is fine, but obviously more time-consuming.

I've heard a lot of people say that the place is relatively small, but I think the place is actually decent-sized and offers a good amount of seating. During peak times, however, I can see how it could get very crowded, so I recommend coming either very early or pretty late. The workers were nice and worked very quickly, so our entire experience was great! They're located in the Palm Plaza, which is very spacious, so you're definitely gonna be able to find a parking spot.
