“I recently read about Hemet Donuts in the Press Enterprise insert where they were voted the 2023 Best Doughnut Shop in the Inland Empire.Sadly,I must admit that I somehow missed this hidden gem.Maybe the regulars would like to keep it to themselves.Ha,haI stopped in just before closing time at 2:00 P.M. on a Thursday afternoon.I didn't expect them to have a wide selection that late in the afternoon.I was pleasantly surprised that I was still able to buy a dozen.Two different types to taste test. I purchased the coconut glazed,maple cake & one chocolate with walnuts. The cashier was helpful and friendly, plus she even threw in a couple extra donuts because I purchased a dozen donuts. The donuts were not oily or dry.Each doughnut was very moist & tasty even hours later! I inquired as to what the popular purchases were, and she offered recommendations such as their blueberry, banana & maple donut with bacon.They offer donuts, muffins, and breakfast croissants plus a variety of beverages. I will stop in earlier before closing next time to try one of their banana donuts.Hemet Donuts is located in the shopping plaza across from the Hemet Car Wash Depot.Take the afternoon to get your car washed, walk over to Destination Smokehouse for some great BBQ and then back to Hemet Donuts for dessert. “I called Olivera's to make a number birthday cake and I must say it was last minute. The other bakery I called canceled, and I was left in a terrible spot to get a custom cake at the last minute. When I called, they were so helpful and offered some great suggestions. I was able to send the idea of the toppings and the colors I wanted. They were so nice, helpful, and just all-around professional. The cake was moist and very delicious. It wasn't too sweet that everyone was able to enjoy it even the.pickest eaters. It was spot on.”
“This is my occasional breakfast spot, the atmosphere is clean and friendly. There's available seating if you like to eat when your drinks or food are ready. I always order the ham and cheese croissants, with coffee and a small order of doughnuts. The food itself is always filling and fresh. My favorite Doughnut joint. This place also offers Boba for you Boba lovers.”
“I came here for my birthday hoping that they had a small Tres leches cake since my local Cardenas sadly did not have any due to Mother’s Day Weekend but thankfully they not only had one but three tres leches cake that I could choose from so that made me so happy and yes, it was delicious! By the way the lady who attended us was so nice so we’ll definitely be coming back soon to get cake & try their bread!”
“I just stopped in to Rocking K Ranch for a quick bite and ended up ordering the Honey Mistard Crunch Salad; and it was wonderful! I wish I had been hungrier because the menu offers great selections, and the food being served at other tables looked delicious! Service is on point, and you can bring the whole family and enjoy. I will definitely be back to try several of the other menu items.”
