“It's a really old bar here in town, it's an institution of Hemet. Thanksgiving and Christmas is the time of year to go there, as all the ppl who have moved away return, and usually venture out after spending time with their families, and need a little away time from it all. It's almost like a unofficial class reunion. Chappies is a not a class establishment, but it is a very good place to get a stiff cocktail at a not breaking the bank price, and feel comfortable when your there.”

Other wise, get familiar with their schedule and learn line dancing, karaoke, or billiards. A lot better than it was before. I will go more.”

The oysters tasted fresh and briny, and the crawfish, seasoned just right, were a pleasant surprise. Beyond the seafood, the buffet includes a solid variety of Chinese-American classics like General Tso’s chicken, lo mein, and egg rolls, plus a hibachi grill station where you can pick your own fresh ingredients and have them cooked to order. The sushi selection is modest but fresh, with basic rolls and nigiri that make for a nice appetizer. For dessert, there are fruit options, small pastries, and soft-serve ice cream to finish. The dining area was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient at clearing plates, and the price felt very fair for the quality and variety offered. I would definitely be back next time I'm in the area.”

I don’t have much experience with Philly cheese Steaks, but I do know that this sandwich gave a good amount of meat, the cheese (which is apparently special cheese) is rich and creamy, and the bread is soft and fluffy. “I was so impressed with this place. My food was delicious, they were playing The Grinch on their large screen,, the gentleman in charge had his small kids there while working. His son who was about ten-years-old was putting pizza boxes together, and he strolled his daughter in a stroller around asking everyone how things were. At a time like this when nobody wants to work he’s still doing it with his young son and toddler right beside him. I was truly impressed. Then on the right side of me two nice gentleman were ’there with their daughter talking about rolls and cartwheels, some meet they’d just come from with their kids and I was thinking,”Wow! What an amazing world we live in!” Blaze Pizza really opened my eyes to how much further we’ve come to a positive environment where you can do what you want or need to without backlash. I use to feel there was no hope for mankind and today, totally proven wrong. Go Blaze!!!”

I ordered a Caliente Roll and tasted delicious with a tiny spice from the jalapeno. She recommended the garlic edamame (I've never tried it before) it was delicious and very garlicky, which I love. The only reason I gave it a 4-star is because our waitress seemed to be rushing us a bit, specially when it came to the check. She did come around like 3 times to collect the check and we were just not ready. Her service was good and attentive but I don't really like being rushed to leave.”

“The best thing about the place is the ambience of being able to socialize or do some work on some of the tables or couches, with the place well-furnished, decorated, & cared for hygienically. The food here is great, with some cold & hot sandwiches, salads, and soups. Additionally, the coffee here tastes great as well, actually tasting of coffee and not drowned with too much milk. The only lackluster issue here is that the time to order may take awhile due to staff not being at the register or the food taking a while to come out, but the comfort here makes waiting more bearable. One of the better-kept places here is both modern and delightful. Hope for it to stay for many years to come in this community.”

“Lots of selections of beer. They do not serve food here but they allow you to bring your own food. It's nearby a few fast food places. It's a nice small place, have great TVs and a jukebox. The server was nice and turned up the TV for everyone to be able to watch the Saturday football games. They have a couple of pool tables to play.”

The gravy on both the steak and biscuits and gravy was tasty you could tell there was sausage in it not just flour and pepper like many, scrambled eggs were good , not dry. Overall portion was large and filling, my boyfriend had bacon and pancakes , the pancakes were huge and the bacon was thick and tasty. they provide plenty of butter, creamers, jam , everything to accompany your meal. The restaurant was warm inside with just fans , but bearable to sit and eat. customer service was just Ok , although the hostess was welcoming , would come back , one of the better breakfasts we've had especially in town .”

It had to have been close to 20 years since Mom and I had eaten at Arby's as there is not one that close to her home. So it was a wonderful treat for us and we will be back for sure! “THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I was picking up a DoorDash order for a customer and the order was not ready although the app stated otherwise. At the moment I walked in there was only one sandwich artist behind the counter working on orders. Her coworker printed out the DoorDash order ticket but didn’t prepare my customer’s sandwich. Rather, they went on break and left all the work for her. The worker was so apologetic and kind, she immediately began preparing the order while assisting an elderly lady! While I was waiting the subway girl offered me a cookie for the wait. I told her “it’s not my order” but she still insisted. I’ll never refuse a treat, she was so sweet!

Once my DoorDash order was ready, everything was neatly wrapped and packaged. All labels and seals were added. The store was quiet, but there was lots of work behind the scenes! Give this sandwich artist a raise!”
