I had such a great experience at Dutch Bros in Hemet today, November 1st! I especially want to recognize your employee, Lauren, for her amazing customer service. This was only my second time ever getting a drink from Dutch Bros, and she was so helpful in guiding me through the menu and helping me decide what to order. She was incredibly polite, friendly, patient, and welcoming.
