“I was so impressed with this place. My food was delicious, they were playing The Grinch on their large screen,, the gentleman in charge had his small kids there while working. His son who was about ten-years-old was putting pizza boxes together, and he strolled his daughter in a stroller around asking everyone how things were. At a time like this when nobody wants to work he’s still doing it with his young son and toddler right beside him. I was truly impressed. Then on the right side of me two nice gentleman were ’there with their daughter talking about rolls and cartwheels, some meet they’d just come from with their kids and I was thinking,”Wow! What an amazing world we live in!” Blaze Pizza really opened my eyes to how much further we’ve come to a positive environment where you can do what you want or need to without backlash. “Now, I see a lot of reviews that are not so positive. Everyone has an opinion and they have a right to their own.
My overall experience has been pretty good.
Before tonight, Dominoes has EXCEEDED my expectations. Which has made me question why tonight was not as successful.
Being in a family of servers, cooks and other food related services, I remember that there are nights when it’s just 2 or even just 1 person on shift.
Folks have to remember that the food industry is not an easy field. So many customers, a wide variety of dietary restrictions, and some are just Karen’s about everything. Or even life happens and people don’t make it to their shift at all.
For those who’ve complained, imagine being the only one on shift, no manager, ur lucky if u have a driver - and an onslaught of orders with 6 hrs left until close.
Go easy on your food servers. They’re doin their bloody best.
If a business is doin good, more people order.
I received my order an hour late tonight, and I was trying to cancel my order(coz I get it) but Tim came through with a positive attitude and everything.
I don’t know why they were backed up tonight, but I can only imagine what these folks be goin through.
