“Yesterday, we had planned an event at a different venue and their power went down. We called MegaBites and they were able to accommodate a party of 30 people immediately. They literally SAVED THE DAY and did it all with a smile on their faces. I can’t say how much I appreciated all of them rallying together to give my daughter an 8th birthday to remember!“

“I’ve been eating at this Applebees since I’ve moved here two years ago and can honestly say it’s had some ups and downs. Today I came here to have apps and drinks and was waited in by a waiter whom sees to have had better days. While we should not allow our person issues to affect our work it seems my waited had. After addressing the issue with the manager JOSE🙌 I’ve explained that we wanted nothing more than to help address the issues of this particular waiter at hand. While my service wasn’t the best JOSE made sure we received excellent service at the end of our visit. We hope our waiter has a great rest of the night and just know we all have our “days” and hope his gets better. Thanks JOSE for listening to us and giving us the drink (even though we said no!).“
