First this was my first time here, just happened to be parked by It and it was right before they closed ,which I didn't know it was closing in 15 mins and for walking in last second before closing which I can see being frustrating. Kyle was there working and couldn't have been more stoked and positive to serve me . Dude had an amazing attitude and great service and work ethic, from being in the food and restaurant industry for 12 year's, I know a good worker . “ordered online, scheduled a delivery for a specific time. The delivery arrived on time. We ordered buffalo and Honey boneless wings along with a half/half made to order Large pizza. Did not disappoint. Wings were on point, pizza had PLENTY of toppings. The ONLY thing I would say negative would be the cost, but what's the old adage? "You get what you pay for" and what we received, was deliciousness“

“We had not been to Blaze Pizza in a couple of years. We saw a poster for a special we thought was a great deal. We went in today to participate in the deal. And it was great! My husband and I had lunch for about 20 bucks. The meal was delicious and we enjoyed it thoroughly. We will be back soon.“

“definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed“

“Best Blaze I have been to, Vibes were on point. Everyone seemed to work well together and our pizzas were made just like we wanted them. We are so used to going to our local Eastvale store where everyone seems to hate their Job and Coworkers. At times, the environment is so tense, it’s uncomfortable as a customer. But at this location, total opposite. Everyone seemed happy to be at work, happy to be serving customers and I didn't feel like a bother but rather a Welcomed Guest at their location. Unfortunately I was only passing by but im glad I got to experience this location. Thank you to everyone that works there. It was a quick experience but definitely a nicer one than expected. “I was in town and decided on pizza, I stopped for a drink and noticed a pizza spot called Pizza Factory. I walked it was busy I was still greeted, which i appr.I didn't wait long until I was greated with a great warm and welcoming attitude with the smile on his face. I later found out bet the man's name was Bear. He was kind he was quick, he was quick to answer any questions that I had. I'm a bit of a picky eater when it comes to my pizza. He had no hesitation on accommodating my alterations for my pizza. He he even suggested a new alteration for me which turned out to be fantastic. He was also great at explaining to me the specials that they have their to you know save some money which was fantastic and I appreciate that of him. I may not do reviews very often, when I do it is because I would like to let the business know that they do have a very good employee working in their store. I was at the Pizza Factory at 23811 Washington Avenue Suite 106 in Murrieta California 92562 my name is SJ just wanted to give a nice little review for Mr Bear! I'd select app and I would be happy to return do this nice little establishment that I happen to come across as long as Bear is working. I know some pretty awesome companies will give her some pretty cool incentives to their employees maybe some Employee of the Month type thing or a little movie tickets or hey even a nice pay raise (HiINT HINT). Pizza was EXCELLENT! they keep the parmesean shakers in the fridge (cold and fresh) and the pepper shaker on the table. Amazing service from the owner himself.
