As soon as I came into the restraunt I was greeted by October she was absolutely amazing and so friendly! When we ordered she was so nice on giving us suggestions and giving her honest opinion! It honestly felt like walking into a family’s home! I am so greatful for her and her attitude, she showed us she really cared! To top it off our food was fresh and so nice and crisp! I am so satisfied with experience thank you so much for caring! Thank you October 🙏🙏🙏🥰
Today was the first time I had carls jr at this location and I've had the best experience today food was amazing atmosphere felt welcoming and especially Liz she was very friendly had a great smile offered great customer service will be definitely coming back

On the other hand, other reviews mention dirty tables and poor customer service. The chicken stars were overcooked and not edible for a small child. A common complaint is that the lettuce has changed and feels like green vegetarian dinosaur leaves instead of fresh iceberg lettuce. The burgers have more bread taste than anything else, with little lettuce, hardly any sauce, and meat that tastes burnt instead of charbroiled. Some customers feel the food does not taste like it did in 2008, and the overall quality is disappointing for the price.
