The birria ramen and quesabirrias were very good!!
Saw this place on social media and wanted to try it out! They have some bomb birria tacos!!! I mean so flavorful and great portion!! Tried the birria pizza and the kids ate the entire thing!! The aqua fresas are homemade!! Best part is the owner and staff are amazing!! So welcoming just like if you knew them for a long time! Give this place a try!
LUIS WAS OUR SERVER FOR THE DAY, OUR EXPERIENCE HERE AN TIPSY CEVICHE BAR WAS PHENOMENAL. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT QUALITY. WE HAD THE CEVICHE TOCHO MOROCHO (MIXTO)
A CALDO DE CAMARON AND THE TIPSY ASADA FRIES WITH HORCHATA. ALL OF THE SALSAS WERE SOO GOOD AND SPICY, THE SEAFOOD WAS FRESH AND COOKED IN LIME JUICE, TOSTADAS WERE HOUSE MADE. AND THE HORCHATA WAS SOO BOMB.
THEY DEFINITLY HAVE GAINED SOME NEW CUSTOMERS. THANK YOU TIPSY CEVICHE😊

Tipsy Cvi.che Bar is a great little taco shop with outstanding service, located on Harvard st. The food is delicious and of great quality. They have some bomb birria tacos, so flavorful with great portions, and the birria pizza is a hit with kids. The ceviche tocho morocho (mixto), caldo de camaron, and tipsy asada fries are all fantastic, with fresh seafood cooked in lime juice and house-made tostadas. The Diablo tacos, Baja tacos, shrimp tacos, and the jamaica drink come highly recommended. Their chorizo and egg breakfast burrito is one of the best, and the street tacos are way too much food in a good way. The aqua fresas are homemade, and the horchata is so bomb. All of the salsas are soo good and spicy, and the chips are cut fresh from tortillas and fried to perfection. The owner and staff are amazing and welcoming, with Luis the chef and server being super friendly. The service is friendly and genuine, making it feel like being back in Baja California. The green sauce is flavorful, and the agua de mango is so good. This business deserves to thrive with its delicious food and great service.
