About Subway

Subway is a popular sandwich shop where customers can choose from a variety of bread, fillings, and toppings. The menu offers a wide selection, including foot-long sandwiches, chips, cookies, and drinks. While the service can be hit or miss depending on the location, the staff are generally friendly and helpful, trying their best to assist multiple customers at once. Recent reviews highlight the dedication of some employees, like Brianna, who runs the shop herself and takes pride in making each meal perfect, keeping the place clean and serving with a steady, calm pace. However, some locations may lack cleanliness and basic amenities; for example, a customer was refused access to the restroom and directed to Starbucks instead. Overall, the staff's friendliness and effort are appreciated, with some employees providing exceptional service and great customer experiences.
