50 Best Sushi Bars near Vista

“Super great spot close to the main strip in downtown vista (better than mikko sushi on the main strip in both my and my boyfriend’s opinion)- the price was not bad and the food/service was incredible! My server, Dayani, was incredibly kind and attentive, but not overly attentive where we feel like we were being rushed. The vibe was great and the food was AMAZING! We got miso soup and garlic edamame as appetizers and the super veggie roll and the Turi lovers roll which were so good and beautifully plated. He was excited to find Orion, his favorite Japanese beer, and I got a plum wine (my favorite). It feels like a chill vibe little hole in the wall and we will definitely be going back“

With only a four day notice she created a custom sea turtel cake for my wife's surprise birthday party and it was amazing! “First time at Harney Sushi and I would definitely go back! We ordered the Rainbow Role, Maui Wowii, Yellow Mellow, harney-peños, roasted shishito peppers, calamari, salmon nigiri, vegetarian fried rice, and crunch rolls. Everything was delicious! I can’t wait to try other items. The DJ was on point with his music choice and our waitress was a doll (forgot her name but she reminds me of the beautiful Rosario Dawson)“

“I stopped at Mot’to Japanese Grill and WOW… this place seriously delivers 🔥🔥🔥🔥

I ordered the Chicken & California Roll and it was so worth it. The grilled chicken was perfectly cooked and covered in rich, flavorful teriyaki sauce, and the California roll was super fresh and tasted way better than expected. 👀 It also came with rice, miso soup, and a salad, so you’re getting a full, satisfying meal. 🤤🫶🏻

Everything tasted fresh, clean, and really well put together—not heavy, just super enjoyable. The portions were solid, the flavors were on point, and you can tell they actually care about the quality. 😊💕

Service was quick and smooth, and the staff was friendly, which made the whole experience even better. 🫶🏻

Definitely one of those spots I’ll 💯 keep coming back to when I'm here in Carlsbad - highly recommend 🙌🏼🙌🏼👌🏼👌🏼“

“We absolutely love this place for Ramen. I do wish the outdoor ambience was a little better. But there’s not much I can do about that being at all shopping complex. But all we really care about is the food when it comes down to it. And the Ramen is absolutely delicious. My daughter asks on a daily basis to eat here.“
