“I ate here twice and ordered two different ramen noodle combos. It’s a pretty good deal and the portions are pretty big. The ramen are not what you would get in a traditional Japanese restaurants. I had a friend try the broth and he agreed as well. The broth lacks the umami I was craving the first time around. The broth is more akin to what you would find in a Korean or Chinese restaurant, which is delicious, just not the flavors I was seeking. If you are looking for noodles in a good soup broth, you are going to be happy. If you are looking for traditional Japanese ramen, this is not the place for you.“
