I had misread the menu price and was questioning the price difference and the young man handled the situation with kindness and grace... he had such a genuine, pleasant attitude and I really appreciated it! I wish there were more of him around, cause these days good customer service can be tricky! The manager was great as well! Placed a catering order with Juan. Reviewed quantity required to accommodate my guests.I received a call from the staff to confirm pick up time,, the day before the order was due.The food was prepared to perfection, was abundant and absolutely delicious.We are planning another gathering and will be placing another catering order.
For this location on Temecula Parkway.. This El Pollo Loco is Great!!! Let me explain why... First- They have a Great General Manager... Rosie!!!! She is nice and wants to make sure that the customer is satisfied . Rosie always makes sure the food is Fresh & Hot. Her beautiful attitude trickles on down to the other employees.
