I had misread the menu price and was questioning the price difference and the young man handled the situation with kindness and grace... he had such a genuine, pleasant attitude and I really appreciated it! I wish there were more of him around, cause these days good customer service can be tricky! The manager was great as well! I remembered as I drove off that I remembered the manager from yrs ago and he was awesome back then too! They could teach the Winchester location a thing or two cause that location is the complete opposite experience!The coleslaw had a weird taste, not sure how to describe it, like maybe a stage of it about to go bad. I didn't continue to eat and was bummed cause I love their coleslaw and like to have it with every bite of chicken.

Reviewed quantity required to accommodate my guests.I received a call from the staff to confirm pick up time,, the day before the order was due.The food was prepared to perfection, was abundant and absolutely delicious.We are planning another gathering and will be placing another catering order.

Everything SUCKED! we had family over and wanted to give them a nice meal. Nope! The chicken was all burned, the rice was dry, I asked for corn but was given a second Mac and cheese, which was way way salty. The beans were whole beans, didn't expect that. Was expecting refried beans. But the beans were undercooked and needed a lot of salt. I asked for both flour and corn tortillas and got only flour. Also asked for mixed meat for the extra $3 and didn't receive mixed

I asked for fresh chopped thigh meat in my avocado burrito and they give me the shredded chicken that was left over from the previous night! I’m not stupid I know fresh chicken when I eat it! I mean my god I use to work at the Winchester location! Josh was actually pretty cool as a cashier.

While I enjoy this place and have visited since I was young. I feel like their prices are a little much for what you receive. I have ordered sides of Mexican street corn multiple occasions, it's almost 4$! I think I should get a full bowl for $4, but as you can see it's like a mini side. I also got the USDA steak tacos & street tacos, which is always good no complaints. However on DoorDash I would not say it's worth 15$ (12$ in app)On DoorDash it's 5$. However i I got a refund from DoorDash last time I ordered this and had the exact same amount.
