We were very impressed with Ozzy, one of the restaurant managers, during our visit today. We have never, at a fast-food restaurant, had a manager approach our table to see if we needed anything or to ask how our meal was. We were super-impressed by this, especially since Ozzy did it in such a friendly and genuinely caring way. Appeared a little disorganized. Food was ready.
Our family loves KFC so we continue to eat here, but man oh man this location on Temecula parkway could not get an order correct if their LIVES DEPENDED ON IT. Itβs my own fault for not checking the bag before driving away. Iβm usually pretty good about it. Customers should know to ALWAYS check their bag at this location.
