7's Ranch Taqueria is a hidden gem known for its authentic, flavorful food that rivals gourmet street food from LA. Favorites include the birria, lengua, and tripas tacos, all praised for their quality and taste. Located in a mini food hall next to The Smok'd Hog, the ambiance is relaxed and the staff friendly. The meat is always moist, the fried tacos crunchy, and the cilantro adds a fresh touch. It's recommended to check their hours before visiting, as they sometimes close early.
