Hana has been our family's go-to sushi spot for years. Fresh fish, good selection, large portions.The mandatory 20% gratuity was off-putting. If you want a good tip, then provide exemplary service. Be transparent and let customers know about this policy.
One of my go to places for sushi. This place is probably one of the best sushi places here in Temecula. My 2 favorite rolls are the Micelle's Roll and the Ceviche Roll. Their bento boxes are good as well.

Having moved from Maui I was afraid of not finding any quality sushi in Temecula. Hana Sushi proved me wrong. They serve quality fish that is almost as good as being in Hawaii. And they serve my favorite: unagi (served as a Dragon Roll). Highly recommended.
