“As a life long resident of Temecula, I’m very familiar with this Burger King. But to be honest the last time I went there was probably when I got a Men in Black toy in my happy meal lol if that doesn’t speak volumes on how frequent I visit. I received some coupons in the mail and have seen pics of the crispy tacos when going to Albertson’s. I decided to go today for lunch and just have to shout out ERIKA the assistant manger!! She took my order, made sure I got the best deal and didn’t cheat myself, 10 ⭐️ customer service and was as sweet as pie. She was the only employee I could see in the store from the drive thru, taking, bagging, and handing all the orders to a steady lunch rush and had a big smile on her face while doing it! I hope BK appreciates her and gives her the recognition she deserves cause good employees are far and few these days!“
“The woman working here at 4:30 on 3/11 was super accommodating with my Fish Sandwich, made all my modifications!! Even offered us Dine-In trays when realized we planned on eating our takeout inside. Good food, good atmosphere, great service! Better than you may expect at a Burger King!!“
