Burger King in Ontario

“Genuinely best Burger King I’ve ever been to and let me say I’ve been to many. I order on the app and swear sometimes I pull up and they’re holding my food out the window for me they’re so quick with it. And it tastes exactly as expected every time, never once had to pull back around telling them they got something wrong. Little bit of a pain to get in and out of but what are ya gonna do living in the ie ya know? Highly recommend would give it 6 stars if I could“

“Old place, New face.
The renovation looks very nice, restrooms not accessible at this time.
Seems like fast food joints are very busy and understaffed.
The lady who helped me out was still kind & courteous even tho se was very overwhelmed.
Please be kind, respectable and have patience with the staff, they're very over worked.“

“This location has always offered great customer service, which is something this area can be hit or miss with at times. Every time I come to this BK, the staff is always welcoming, and the majority of those times I'm helped by Liz. She always gives great customer service, and I always see her working hard, when not helping customers. Her work ethic is something that I wish most places employees displayed these days, and is also something that employers should notice and reward. You don't find those kind of qualities at the majority of places around the country, which is why I'm taking the time to comment and give recognition to Liz for her outstanding customer service and work ethic.“

“been living in ontario near grove for decades. i’ve been hearing about consistency issues with burger king. but im really lucky to live nearby to this location. the food here is on point every time with minimal errors throughout the years. the staff in the morning and night shift are always polite . my family loves the breakfast here. and the deals on the app are phenomenal and money savers . best burger king around!“

“Had a bad experience at this location some time back about the money I gave the cashier, so I purposely gave more money than I owed this time to see if the incident would happen again. But Matthew was on his JOB while counting the money I gave him and returned the over payment as well as my correct change. Thank you Matthew, for your honesty and being a responsible cashier. Our food was hot, our order was correct and served very fast! Have it your way and pay Matthew a visit knowing he is not going to manipulate your wallet/purse when paying with cash.“
