A must stop when you're in Temecula. I suggest going early as this place fills up fast! The fresh cinnamon rolls are definitely worth it.
This place is more than just a historic tourist trap, it's actually quite good and cozy. There aren't tons of BBQ places around, especially Texas style, and for sure there aren't many cafes that feature breakfast and delicious BBQ and that's what sets this place apart. We had a delicious lunch. The brisket was cooked to perfection, and the ribs were very good and tender. I like how the sauces are on the side and not directly on the meat, allowing us to add as much as we wanted. The salad was good too. This was our first time at this restaurant, and our server was very patient and explained the menu.
