This Nekter location seems to have hired an excellent crew. Very responsive, perfect juice orders as ordered and fast to get those orders out. One particular crew member who I have interacted with lately and gets my orders perfect is a girl by the name Trin. She is simply refreshing, smiling always and pleasant while working orders. Very poor experience. Went in for an açaí bowl. They were out of most produce; still charged the same amount. AND they forgot to put in the ACAI into our açaí bowls! What a let down.

Service was great until I turned the banana slices over and saw the bug...I was contacted by the manager very quickly after this and received a full refund within a day or two. Excellant customer service.
