First time at this location. the place was dirty, the floor, all the tables and there was a pile of garbage in a corner. Never saw a place with such poor management in LA. The kitchen may be a disaster as well. Do something! Health Department should stop by, fine you and get you at least a C.
What an awful location. My mobile order was about 15 minutes late. Then it was missing food. Receipt was on the bag, and yet it still only had 1 of 3 items. Then they forgot my drink. The seating area was totally dirty. Worse was behind the counter, the food area was unsanitary and unkept. Old dirty gloves on the floor, chips thrown on the counter. See included picture. The absolute worse chipotle i’ve ever been to the staff is rude and horrible at there jobs. They constantly run out of product hours before close time so you can’t order what you truly want! For how much these employees get paid it’s ridiculous. makes me never want to spend my money there again
