“My husband and I went yesterday. The views are magical. it felt like we traveled very far to find this enchanted place. Even though it's very convenient located in Temecula wine country. it's just a wonderful escape from the noisy buisiness of life. The food is definitely upscale and every attention to detail has been considered. of course the wine speaks for itself. I highly recommend it.“

“We took my 87 year old mom to enjoy the members lounge with us. It had been many years since she was there, and Serenity was so helpful! Serenity was very attentive to mom’s interests and offered her some small tastes in order to help her decide which one mom would prefer. The one thing that really stood out is a small thing but shows a kind heart for sure. When mom tried to lean back a little to look up at Serenity, Serenity stepped back and knelt down so she could look at mom, and mom easily at her. We have a new favorite server now!“
“We are giant fans of Halter Ranch in Temecula. We first became members after visiting Paso Robles and loved the wines!
We were very excited when Halter opened up the winery in Temecula.
What makes our experience so much better is the wine staff. Each time we visit, the staff (Greg and Brandon) educate us, inform us of what's new with Halter, and ensure that we enjoy our stay!
Because of the guaranteed awesome service provided by Greg and Brandon and the wines produced by Halter, we consider Halter Ranch to be the one winery visitors to our part of the world have to visit.“

“We were greeted by Liberty. She was the great big friendly malamute (?) guarding the door. If was 11 am and the wineries were just opening. Joanne invited us and we each got a tasting of 5 wines. Joann was polite, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. Fun and easygoing. This was one of the more inexpensive tastings we did today. Recommend.“
“We were visiting from Minnesota for a family wedding and decided last minute to pop into Lumiere and it was truly a highlight of our trip! Martha was such a delight, we enjoyed talking with her so much! She was so helpful and knowledgeable with selecting the wines. Such a hidden gem of a place. Everywhere else was so busy and loud and this place was quiet with incredible view which was really relaxing. We will be back next time we visit!“

“I came out to this gorgeous mom and pop vineyard on 8/3 with my bestie, and we did the wine tasting and it was worth every penny. Our waiter Heston was very friendly and knowledgeable. He gave us great recommendations. I ended up buying 2 bottles of wine to get shipped back to Delaware so I could have a piece of California in my kitchen. The Syrah Rock Creek is my absolute favorite new red wine. For a white their vermentino is a perfect white wine. I am not a big white wine person I loved it. Whenever I am back on the west coast I will be coming back again.“

She was friendly and enjoyable to talk to. The wines are quite nice. The cabernet's were some of our favorites.“

“A visit to Europa Village is a little journey one can take, without spending expensive airfare and taking time off for a European vacation! The beautiful architecture and ambiance of the winery has been created with such attention to detail, truly unique to Wine Country. The wine and culinary offerings are diverse and so delicious! For our equestrian group, the outstanding customer service was beyond compare. Owner Dan set us up with Brian in Operations, who worked closely with our event coordinator to deliver a perfect experience! Our lunch was delicious, Max the Mercato Mgr ensured our large pre-order was ready on time. John, Winery Mgr, ensured we were perfectly situated the day of our event. Matt, Wine Club mgr, gave an excellent impromptu presentation to our group explaining the vision, mission and future of the estate with an insiders perspective. Many of us joined the Wine Club! The entire day could not have been better! Thank you Europa for allowing a special equestrian event such as ours to take place. We look forward to our next visit! “Briar Rose Winery is truly one of Temecula’s hidden gems! My partner and I have been Wine Club members for several years, and every visit feels like a little escape into a fairy tale.
The winery’s charming cottages were inspired by Disney’s Snow White, creating a magical setting unlike any other winery in Temecula. The beautifully landscaped grounds, gardens, and intimate atmosphere make it a peaceful place to relax and enjoy an afternoon. The storybook-inspired architecture adds to the enchantment, making every visit feel special.
The wines are exceptional! My personal favorite is the Tempranillo, a smooth, flavorful red that I look forward to every visit. The knowledgeable and friendly staff make the tasting experience enjoyable and welcoming.
Reservations are required for wine tasting, so be sure to plan ahead.

“I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Once you open the front door you can smell the scent t of fresh cooked garlic.(Yum!) While wine tasting you can stand at the bar, sit at one of the inside tables or take you drink to the outside patio. There is a small kitchen/deli on-site that offers a variety of food if you're hungry.
Cougar offers a nice selection of wines: reds, whites, sparkling, & dessert. You will find something you like.
The inside table sitting area looks like a restaurant but there are chairs as well as other tables & chairs to sit around and enjoy the view. There are also a few individual chairs and a side table for two which face thw vineyard. The location is dog and family friendly. This is a nice place to get away from the hustle and bustle of some of the larger wineries. I would recommend.“
“There was a wedding and bridal shower going on at the same time so parking was limited. They have an upper and lower lot for parking.
We parked at the lower lot and there was a golf cart that went around and picked us up to bring us to the top.
The property is different than any other wineries. It has an outdoor relaxing vibe like being in the woods.
You seat yourself. There’s a QR code at the table to order and pay for your food. If you want to order drinks, walk up to the front hut to order and bring it back to your table.
They are known for sangrias in red, white or rose. We got a pitcher of red.
We also ordered a basket of fries and tenders.
There were live country music band singing covers. The upper deck is for members only.
There’s even a lake but it was occupied by the wedding. We saw kids and pets. It’s great for all ages.
They also serve beer, juice and other drinks besides wine and sangria.
When you leave the property, there’s a shuttle station to take you back down to your car.
It’s also one of the few properties that open late until 10pm on Fri and Sat.“
“The property is beautiful and the service was great; last Saturday’s comedians were a fun evening out and the place was packed - everyone seemed to be fully entertained & enjoy the food … delish truffle fries - huge portions! We had the chicken salad- Yummers!“
“We had our wedding at Lorimar, and it was an amazing experience! The venue is beautiful, and the food and wine were excellent! Special thanks to our coordinator, Jennifer, who was professional, organized, and patient throughout the entire process, and the staff were also great on the day of. We’re so glad we chose Lorimar for our special day!
That said, the only downside was that someone stole our wedding items from the welcome table. That was partly on us for not moving them in time, but here’s hoping karma catches up with whoever did it.“

“I don’t know how this restaurant has 3.5stars . Both dishes I ordered were standout and was some of the best winery food I’ve had . If anything just come for the wagyu carpaccio, the meat was perfect and that hint of truffle oil and cheese with the crisp salad on toast was magic .
The mushroom risotto was fantastic as well …. It came out pipping hot and perfectly cooked ( I added chicken to it ) . Highly recommend if you are in the area . My waiter Adrian was super nice, gave me a bunch of tastings and let me choose my wine. The wine itself however I would say is average.“

“We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Carter Estates! The location is stunning, surrounded by beautiful vineyards that make for a truly picturesque setting. From the moment we arrived, the front desk staff went above and beyond — they were incredibly helpful and even accommodated an early check-in, which we really appreciated.
Our room was beautiful, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathtub was luxuriously oversized — exactly what you want on a getaway. Everything about this stay exceeded our expectations.

“We had our wedding at Longshadow and everything was even more perfect than we could have imagined! Everyone had a blast! Dave, John, and the team went above and beyond and we know they were key in making everything run so smooth! They were so helpful and easy to work with the whole time.
10/10 recommend working with them for catering as well, Great Scott BBQ was the clear winner for food all weekend!

“We went here with a few friends and three kids. The food was wonderful as was the sangria. They were able to make my son's flatbread gluten free and our waitress was very careful to make sure it was put in correctly. Had a lovely time and will be back!“
“If you are a bubbly fan, this is the bubbly mothership in the Temecula. They are the first to produce sparkling wine in Temecula..1988. Been here a few times and love the variety of flights they have. Favorite is the Methode Champenoise Flight. NV Brut Reserve Natural is the bomb.“
