“We love this cute winery , it’s a few blocks from our place, great to enjoy a glass or 2, safely walk home ! Tina does a great job ! Most importantly the wines are very good“
“Visited for a special event dinner with Epoch winery from Paso Robles. The owner of the store was exceedingly gracious and friendly and the event was a great success. The store has a pretty wide range of wine offerings as well as local craft beers, with several exclusive/harder to get wines as well as more mainstream options. The store is admittedly "Paso-centric" in their overall portfolio, but the prices are consistent with what you would see at the wineries. They also have cheeses for sale at the front counter.“
“We went for a cooking class with Ben. That was Great! We will be back for another. We had 2 great bottles of wine. Both were delicious. The staff was very friendly. The winery is really cute, and they have a coffee shop inside. We will be back.“
“We came to Coomber for the first time last week and loved the wine and atmosphere so much, we became members on the spot. This truly does feel like a small community of incredibly friendly individuals, and Brenda and Sabra are both so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend making your way to Coomber!“
“This was my 1st time to the Wild West Mead Company and I really liked it! I tried a flight of mead & a pour, they were all very tasty and unique. One of the owners that was there was very informative, friendly and attentive to our needs. The atmosphere made you feel like you were home. The prices for mead were competitive to other meaderies. Also, I ended up taking a bottle of mead home in a growler. I really look forward to my next venture to this fine meadery. ?“
“We had a great time on Thursday trivia night. First prize was a flight of mead and second prize was an empty growler bottle, neither of which we wanted, which worked out, since we came in third?. We loved the "food truck" too! Our server was awesome - friendly and knowledgeable. Parking was easy and plentiful.“
“Best winery I have been to. Eric was very genuine and funny! He provides good knowledge of wine during the tour and makes sure you leave the property as a wine oficianado ;-) My group left with 7 bottles of delicious wine and we will be going back again if we are in the San Diego area. Thanks Eric!“
“I love mead. I’ve tried nearly everything I can get my hands on, including shipping things from half a world away. I first tried Golden Coast Mead today at the Poway farmers market and they are truly making something special. The booth was worked by a wonderful woman named Jessica who gave me a $5 tasting flight and let me in on a delicious little secret regarding sweet and sour. I purchased bottles of Wildflower Sweet, Wildflower Sour, and Triple Chili. Highly recommend. Stop by if you want to find out about the secret for yourself!“

“Excellent little urban wine tasting room directly across from the train station in downtown Carlsbad. They buy grapes from around California and then make their own wine at their facility in Oceanside.Super fun vibe for a date night. Bottles are reasonably priced ($30 - $55). We enjoyed a Tempranillo which was nice and drinkable. Not the best I've had but very respectable. There are a few small appetizer options but mostly just wine. There are flights available, glasses, or bottles. The tasting room is in a breezeway with open air so can get chilly. There is indoor and outdoor seating, although the indoor seating has roll up garage doors to allow air in.Cheers!“
