“This location is TOP on my list. Ordering was made easy with the help of the awesome cashier (very polite and friendly) as we waited for our food we got an update on how our order was going and not only to us but to others who were waiting. The kitchen was working hard with great attitude and getting orders out fast and efficient. The food was delicious! The tenders were perfectly cooked (hot, crunchy and chicken was still juicy) our boneless were coated nicely and also cooked to perfection. We had our order to go but the ambience was so good we decided to dine in. We couldn’t be happier with the customer service even after we got our food they made sure our order was right and everyone was very friendly. We will now make this our go to for wings. Thank you for a great experience. Wish I had the names of these great people but you know who you are.“
“Italy and the staff are always very kind and very intent on making sure the food is always right.I order the same thing about once a week and there has never been an issue.Even when it comes to small things like the soda machine needing switched, they are always on top of it.The turn around and wait time for food is really good for this location also.Other locations estimate about 15 and it will end up being about 30.This location has always had under the wait time for order to take out and is really convenient when in a hurry.The location is very small and does need atmosphere updating but that's something that needs to be addressed from the franchise and not the staff. But if you're going here for the atmosphere, then you need to reevaluate what experience you're looking for.“
