“OK first thing the store was very clean and the customer service was remarkable and very knowledgeable about the menu when I had questions to ask because this was the first time I have been to wing stop. It was kind of busy but the staff was working well together to get orders out I'm also big on the little things like that. I felt welcomed from the time I walked in to the time I left the lady who took my order was awesome as was the guy who gave me my order and read back my order to me. “I went around lunchtime. It was a group of five of us. We all ordered 10 wings each with fries I was expecting to wait at least 30 minutes to my surprise. The food was ready within 10 minutes spoke to the person in charge. They said they’re under new management. They are doing a great job. The food was amazing also.“
“I love being in that place! You enter the bathrooms and it seems like I'm at home! Super nice . The staff was very friendly, there were two people yesterday and a lady helped me and I tipped her for her kindness. I arrived to bring my order and they didn't carry my card so they could deliver it to me. It bothered me a lot and I asked to speak to a manager and a person named Olga helped me. She immediately resolved my annoyance to the point that I ended up buying my food with a card. which he carried in hand and promised to make a refund in a considerable time.
