“A few months ago, I reached out to this Pizza Factory location to see if they could help with raising funds for my son's tackle football team. I worked with Yesenia and Liz to put together a dine in/dine out fundraiser. These two ladies, along with all of the staff they had working that night, were amazing! We could not have asked for better customer service. They were so accommodating and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They decorated the store with our league's football colors and hung up our team banner. Liz also played a highlights video on their TV so our boys could enjoy watching themselves play while eating their pizza. I am extremely grateful to them for allowing us to raise funds for our football team. I was already a customer before this because the pizza is so good and Yesenia has always been so friendly. “I love being in that place! You enter the bathrooms and it seems like I'm at home! Super nice . The staff was very friendly, there were two people yesterday and a lady helped me and I tipped her for her kindness. I arrived to bring my order and they didn't carry my card so they could deliver it to me. It bothered me a lot and I asked to speak to a manager and a person named Olga helped me. She immediately resolved my annoyance to the point that I ended up buying my food with a card. which he carried in hand and promised to make a refund in a considerable time. The point was that she had a lot of patience to explain the reason to me and I understand the new policies but I give a 100 for people like her please“
“My friends and I have ordered from this place many times on Doordash but never have we been to the restaurant. We usually get one of the combos that consists of Korean fried chicken, kimbap, and fries. The fried chicken was delicious and packed with flavor and crunch! Kimbap was decent and fries are fries. From ordering dishes at Aria, I can say that everything has exceeded expectations!“

“Was looking for something to eat this evening and stumbled across this place. When I walked I was greeted by a very nice young lady whose name was Jaylene. She was super friendly and answered all my questions with no attitude and was even nice enough to bring samples of the sauce options when I asked about them. I ended up getting a 10 piece tender which was quite good I’ll definitely be returning soon.“
“Well I went to Subway right next to Burger IM, but Google asked me to review Burger IM instead. ?No problem. They're sub sandwiches are great! My daughter also got a a cookie and a fountain drink that said "subway" on the side.They were out of Italian herb and cheese bread so I got Italian wheat which was still good.It wasn't very busy even at dinner time so we were in and out quickly. Definitely recommend!“

NowLet's talk about the pie, we ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with pepperoni, sausage, and pineapple. You get what you pay for. In this case it was a yummy pizza. This location gives the right amount of toppings if not more. The plus for me is the great service. “Love love love!!! The service is amazing they are so kind and helpful with the menu if you've never been. It's a cute restaurant that has a very laid back and comfortable ambiance. Now the food, the food was so good. We got the lemon pepper wings and the spicy soy garlic wings and the flavor on them was life changing. You could taste how fresh and hot the chicken was and see that the lemon pepper Seasoning was made and not just from a bottle. I definitely recommend!“
