“I tried this place for the first time on 6/18/26 and I loved it! I recommend adding the cheese on either tteokbokki (idk if i spelt that right), and they taste delicious! Also, the cheesling fries are so bomb, I recommend dipping them into the og tteokbokki. I loved all of it. The og tteokbokki has flavor, I wouldnt say it’s spicy but I definitely liked it better than the rose! The rose reminded me of that buldak ramen haha. THE EMPLOYEES WERE REALLY NICE TOO! I think they were halal? Maybe call ahead, just in case. OKAY HAVE A NICE DAY!!“

“My prior review of this location was absolutely scathing, so much so you'd probably have thought Chick-fil-A paid me to write it. Fortunately, the night manager who's lack of professionalism earned his store a 1-star review, must have finally been given the opportunity to be unsuccessful someplace else because this store is near perfect now. The food is always on point, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the service is fantastic💯.

“I have been to many El Pollo Locos and I have to say this location is the best! I know they all have the same menu but the taste is definitely not the same! They are far superior to all the other locations and I have been to many in my travels! The cook is always super friendly (greeting people as they come in) and most of the workers at the cashier are as well! They never disappoint! 👏🏼“

“I don't leave reviews too often but I have to because I had the experience at El Pollo Loco thanks to Geddony! She was so friendly, professional, and made sure my order was perfect. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares about customer service, but she went above and beyond to make sure everything was fresh and just right. Her positive attitude made the visit stand out, and she truly deserves recognition and a raise!

“I go to this location all the time, especially to take advantage of the AC and the play area so my daughter can play. Today, however, my only intent was to take her for a few hours to play and leave. With being a single mom, I struggle at times financially and today was one of them. I went into the bathroom to change my baby’s diaper and she asked for some food cause that’s what we do. We play and then eat. I let her know that this time we weren’t going to get food at the restaurant cause there was food at home and we were only there to play. I said this without realizing someone else was there, especially a worker. To Elisa, you made my day. You are an angel on Earth and because of you my baby was able to enjoy her usual Chik Fil A experience. She was able to play and have her usual mac and cheese. Thank you from the bottom of my heart and thank you for giving her that gift. Even if it was as simple as her mac and cheese. Thank you. Nothing never goes unseen. “It's a nice location with a good seating area. The food is excellent as always and it's not too loud the way it's structured you don't really hear a lot of kids playing. The prices are very reasonable for what you're getting, it probably has the best quality chicken among most of the fast food places. Try to use their app because you'll get a ton of discounts“

“Loved the Hispanic environment! So clean and food was ready so fast! We got real plates for dine in and they even came to check on us before we left! I had the grilled chicken with maduros and y was fuego! Wifey had the fried chicken with coleslaw and loved the flavor!“

“We have an El Pollo closer to our home but we travel the extra few miles to this location because the food and service is consistently good. I would recommend the drive thru option though because it’s a bit difficult to get counter service.“
