“Came in with a large group and had a great experience at Dave’s Hot Chicken. The person taking our order was incredibly nice, patient, and helpful while we figured everything out. They made ordering easy even with a big group, which we really appreciated. The service was excellent and everyone felt taken care of. Definitely coming back!“

“Food was great like always, but what really stood out was the service. The managing partner, Joe, was at the register and super friendly and genuinely welcoming.

The young lady running the dining area was on top of everything. Moving fast, keeping things clean, , checking on customers, helping people without missing a beat.

Honestly, the service overall felt like a 3 Michelin star experience.“

“First time trying Jollibee and it was great! The place was really packed since it was a Saturday but the wait time was not too bad. The chicken tenders were really good and tasted fresh and I loved their signature sauce it paired really well with the tenders and fries. I tried their Ube dessert pie and while I wasn’t a big fan of the Ube flavor, the pie itself was good. Can’t wait to go back and try their other items!“

“I tried ordering online but couldnt complete my order. Not realizing what time it was, I walked in one minute before closing. Thankfully Angie was so gracious and let us place a pretty big order despite the team already wrapping up for the night. They were fast, the food was delicious and Angie was so friendly and helpful. “I wanted to take a moment to recognize the hard work of the associates working the drive-thru at KFC today (March 15, 2026, around 5:40–6:00 PM).

I came through the drive-thru with my children to order dinner. When we arrived at the speaker, the gentleman kindly asked us to give them a moment and explained they were understaffed. He was very respectful and communicated that clearly, which I appreciated.

Despite the situation, he remained patient, polite, and very helpful while taking our order. When I got to the window, I asked how many associates were working, and he told me there were only two, himself and another. I told him “good job” because I’ve worked in fast food before and understand the pressure that comes with being short-staffed.

Both associates working during that time should be recognized for doing their best under pressure and still treating customers with respect and professionalism. I didn’t get their names, but they were working the shift around that time today.

Thank you both for your hard work — it didn’t go unnoticed.“

“In my opinion KFC experience changes according to the location, well this location is one of the good ones, restaurant is very clean, the food doesn't taste like old oil and the personal is friendly, the new ordwring screen makes it a little unpersonal but they work, the only thing is that if you have a question you have to make an effort to bring someones attention because everybody is super focussed on the kitchen.“

“El Pollo Loco, a fast-food chain outpost on East 4th Street in Ontario, offers Mexican classics made with fire-grilled chicken. Their user-friendly app makes ordering convenient. I ordered a meal for two, including Small Mac n Cheese, Small Corn, Loco Side Salad, Churro, four Corn Tortillas, and two Legs & Thighs. The total cost, including tax, was $15.21 and reasonable.

In just 15 minutes, I received a notification that my food was ready for pickup. I arrived promptly and found the restaurant nearly empty. The interior was clean, with staff frequently cleaning the tables. The friendly woman at the counter greeted me warmly and efficiently took my order details. I was able to pick up my food almost immediately.

The food was delicious. The Grilled Chicken Legs and Thighs were perfectly cooked and flavorful. The Mac n Cheese, Corn, Salad, and Churro were also tasty. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal and plan to return soon to try more of their dishes.“
