“There is only 1 nice guy manning the front and kitchen. I tried calling ahead but the phone wasn’t working. I left and came back after 30 min for 1 order of popcorn chicken but it wasn’t ready. The owner is not doing his or her job cheaping out on service. They are lucky to have this guy working here.“

“I’ve driven past this spot a million times, but today I finally pulled the trigger during the lunch rush. I went with the spicy chicken bowl, and it was a total standout. I’m usually not a fan of black beans, but these were actually packed with flavor. My palate usually feels pretty dull by midday, but this meal made me a believer again. Definitely worth the stop!“

“Service was extremely fast. My food was ready before I was done getting my drink. The atmosphere is definitely very fun and the food is good. I usually swap the cole slaw for more Texas toast, though. The price are also pretty good especially for the portion sizes.“

“I decided to try this place as it was closer than another popular hot chicken place and I think this place does some things better than that one. The chicken and sauce were more flavorful here and I especially liked the slider. The other place did have much crispier fries though. Overall, I’d say it’s a good alternative, especially if you’re looking for halal chicken.“

“Convenient location, friendly employees, good food. This location was busy, but still the employees should be checking on the dining room for cleaning. This seemed to be a corporate location because the prices were not as high as other El Pollo Loco franchise locations.“
