Chicken Wings in Chino

“There's a Pollo Loco closer to my work than Juan Pollo, but it's definitely worth the extra mile or two for Juan Pollo, for the following reasons (based on my comparison of a leg & thigh meal):

Freshness: Juan Pollo's chicken is hotter, more tender, juicy, and flavorful.

You get more: not only is the taste better, but the chicken is noticeably larger and instead of only 2 smaller (corn) tortillas at Pollo Loco, you get 3 larger tortillas at Juan Pollo.

For almost $2 less than Pollo Loco, Juan Pollo's meal doesn't include a drink.

“There is only 1 nice guy manning the front and kitchen. I tried calling ahead but the phone wasn’t working. I left and came back after 30 min for 1 order of popcorn chicken but it wasn’t ready. The owner is not doing his or her job cheaping out on service. They are lucky to have this guy working here.“

“The pizza didn't take very long at all and by the time I got home with it, it was crispy and tasted great. Even with only one topping it felt like a nice meal, and the bread was not greasy. My family are huge fans of this pizza whenever we get the chance, especially the sauce they give for the crust. Highly recommend.“

“I like this restaurant! They serve first-cleass dishes, their menu is nice, The chef in that spot is a professional, I love very much tasting all their dishes. The dishes are always of high class, the service towards the visitors is agreeable. I frequently visit this place and I not even once was discontended. I recommend it to all my friends.“

“I ordered online and copy and pasted the address to my GPS. I ended up in remote location 14 minutes away from actual store. I called the store and was provided with the correct location. Just be careful when you are using the address provided with the online order.“

“Been coming to this location for a while , and all I can say is thank you to all the hard working staff. Working in any kind of customer service job can take a lot of you but no matter which day I go into this shop I’m always greeted with a smile or acknowledged when it’s busy . I’m truly grateful to the kind staff at this location . Special S/ O to Rob who always brings the best vibes and the heat ( pun intended) cause wings .“

“My Mom's fav food. Drive thru was a lil headache , thick girl with Cactus Tattoo on arm couldn't hear me and kept telling me can't hear you Listen I was so Loud I think I woke Up the deceased person from Mortuary down the block. I strain my neck after ordering here. Fix speaker pls that wasn't comfortable or funny seriously. Other than that quality of food was great based on what my fam said. Reasonable wait. Price a lil on the higher side for drinks . Customer Service at window she was nice but when I was at Speaker it was a different story. Have a good day hope my review helps.“

It was very hard to hear, but it's busy so I get it. I ordered carry-out pizza 🍕 with pepperoni and pineapple with extra sauce. No way there was extra sauce. Disappointed! Last week I got extra sauce and they put extra sauce. I ordered cinnamon bites, chicken bacon 🥓 sandwich and chicken bacon/tomato bake. Ordered two sauces hot buffalo & Sweet Habanero. They gave me 2 buffalo sauces. Disappointed! I did get 2 icing for cinnamon bites 😋. The twins customer service was excellent and the other girl was fine too, that tried to help me with my order too. I guess I have to check my sauces next time! I did leave a tip because they deserved it, but wish my pizza had extra sauce and wish I would have got my Mango habanero. Maybe you can give me a free one next time & extra sauce in pizza would be nice too!“
