“I love getting my wings from this location! They always do an amazing job with the seasoning, and the chicken is consistently meaty and cooked perfectly. I tried another location on Gladstone once, and it didn't compare, so I always come back here.

This location is always on time with my orders, and they've never gotten one wrong. The staff is friendly, hardworking, and handles busy rushes incredibly well. I've been there during some really packed times, and everyone stayed calm, worked together, and made sure customers got their food as quickly as possible. Their consistency and great customer service keep me coming back every time. Highly recommend!“

“I made a mistake by calling the Pomona, CA store instead of the La Verne store as planned. So, when I arranged for someone to pick up the order in La Verne the order was obviously not there but was at the Pomona store. It caused a major disruption of birthday plans. I worked with the manager in the La Verne store by the name of Evan Pena.He was great. He represented Pizza Hut in an outstanding manner! He was professional, courteous, patient and understanding. I give 5 stars for his outstanding customer service. Thank you, Evan! Oh yea, loved the pizza, the chicken Alfreddo pasta and especially the cheese sticks!“

“Brandon was our server and he was so nice, so funny, and explained everything to us loved it!! The wall decor is awesome, they even had robots serving your side dishes! The Diamond Tier was awesome with grade A5 the dry aged wagyu was melt in your mouth good! Just as good as what we had in Japan. Brandon cooked them up for us and we enjoyed talking with him. Celebrating my husband's birthday they sing and have some ice creamsicles ube or honeydew flavors. They do have drink stations, some extra food stations, a dessert station all of which you can walk around to grab yourself. The Otoro thick cut and black pepper beef cubes were our other favorites. Can't wait to go back!“
