“Recent visit so I visited here a few weeks ago. Ment to write this sooner but you know life happens over all a positive experience. Really good staff was on their game and friendly and attentive I normally don't visit this one because I live on arrow hwy so the one on town is just as close however this one is much nicer and enjoyable. Id like to thank Ryan for doing great customer service there was another guy to but I didn't catch his name he was working the register when I was there 1/23/26 around 7 pm if that helps overall. 👍👍 2 thumbs.up definitely will be back ps bonus points for having coke free style I just have to remember to visit here more“

“I made a mistake by calling the Pomona, CA store instead of the La Verne store as planned. So, when I arranged for someone to pick up the order in La Verne the order was obviously not there but was at the Pomona store. It caused a major disruption of birthday plans. I worked with the manager in the La Verne store by the name of Evan Pena.He was great. He represented Pizza Hut in an outstanding manner! He was professional, courteous, patient and understanding. I give 5 stars for his outstanding customer service. Thank you, Evan! Oh yea, loved the pizza, the chicken Alfreddo pasta and especially the cheese sticks!“

“Brandon was our server and he was so nice, so funny, and explained everything to us loved it!! The wall decor is awesome, they even had robots serving your side dishes! The Diamond Tier was awesome with grade A5 the dry aged wagyu was melt in your mouth good! Just as good as what we had in Japan. Brandon cooked them up for us and we enjoyed talking with him. Celebrating my husband's birthday they sing and have some ice creamsicles ube or honeydew flavors. They do have drink stations, some extra food stations, a dessert station all of which you can walk around to grab yourself. The Otoro thick cut and black pepper beef cubes were our other favorites. Can't wait to go back!“

“I've been coming to this Legend Hot Chicken location for a while now, usually once every couple of weeks when the craving hits. What keeps me coming back is the consistency. Every single time the chicken comes out crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the spice levels are actually distinguishable from each other, not just a vague gradient like some other hot chicken spots. My go-to is the sandwich at a medium-hot level with a side of fries, and it's never let me down. Staff are friendly and quick even during busier lunch hours. It's not a sit-down fancy experience by any means, more of a quick casual stop, but for what it's going for it nails the execution every time. If you're a fan of Nashville-style heat, this is a solid, reliable option.“
