“I have had a lot of problems with the quality of the chicken breasts (small size and under cooked) at the Colonies in Upland El Pollo. I have been going there for years. But I decided to give them 1 more try, so I went over to El Pollo last week to get my usual 3-4 chicken breasts. When I got the order home, I got 3 breasts (very small and one not even cooked) and 3 wings which I did not order. Went back and got the ordered corrected, even though the mgr (who had seen me 20 mins earlier picking up my order) demanded that I present my receipt. Thank goodness the girl that waited on me was there to vouch for me. This week, I went over to Juan Pollo in downtown Upland. Ordered 4 breast with flour tortillas. The breast were large, well marinated and cooked. The tortillas were superior to the El Pollo ones they pass out. From now on, it is Juan Pollo for us!!!“

“I never leave review for fast food joints. This is not just an El Polo Loco. This is an experience everyone needs to experience! The manager Soto was so professional and welcoming! The service staff had our orders -steaming and on the counter waiting before we even done paying!!! I mean wow!
