“Jacob was amazing!!! He walked so fast to us when he saw us waiting for a pick up order. He offered us water while we waited, and the wait was literally 30 seconds. He was so nice and has the best customer service. I made sure to remember the name on his name tag just to write this review.“
“The new location is so much nicer. Staff I'd hit or miss here, but never rude. They just are either up front or running around. The food is always on point. Taco's, the bowl, chicken plates, potato salad, and rice are all I ever need. Added bonus of the new location is it is closer to me!“
“I like chicken. I like El Pollo Loco.Update 3/23/24: the chicken is still tasty although the pieces seemed small and a little dry. As far as sides, they eliminated corn on the cob a long time ago. Black beans are also gone. I chose broccoli which is served rather dry. You can't even get butter anymore. I suppose that's why they eliminated corn on the cob...that HAS to have butter.As for atmosphere, the music is too loud but it's continuously accompanied by the sound of the cleaver chopping chickens.“
“Today I had a wonderful experience here. I had a friend that ordered me food for a pick up. The ladies that worked here were all nice. It might not have been busy cause it was early on Mother's Day when I picked up. The restaurant was nice and clean! We ordered an 8 piece bucket of regular recipe chicken, 8 chicken tenders, 1 large mashed potato with gravy on the side, 1 large macaroni and cheese, 4 biscuits, 1 large seasoned fries, and 1 large Cole Slaw. Also 1 large fountain drink. I didn't eat my food here but did drink one soda and got a refill to go of raspberry iced tea for my daughter. When I got home which is less than a mile, I found out they forgot to put my large fries in the bag. Everything else was there including the honey BBQ sauces, kfc sauces and honey packets. I called and went back and they gave me 2 large orders of fries to correct and I was also able to check in on Yelp and they give you a free fountain drink. So I walked out with a large fruit punch as well! If restaurants fix their tiny errors, I still give them good marks because a good restaurant will do that! Well, we ate lots of the food at home, I am stuffed, and it was all good! Will visit this local KFC in the near future!!!“

The chicken itself is easily enough to make two sandwiches, but more impressive is the consistency of their fried chicken.Each time, the chicken has been tender, juicy, and most importantly, hot, while the batter maintains its crisp exterior. The sandwich held up even after the 40+minute drive to get to me.I'll never forget our first time trying World Fried Chicken. We took a walk around the plaza while waiting for our order and the worker personally found us and delivered the order to us in-hand as soon as it was ready. What service! What dedication! Remarkable, especially to someone like me, who believes fresh, HOT food makes a world of difference in taste and quality!Please don't close, World Fried Chicken. I still have 31 flavors to try!“
“Dave hot chicken: the portion are big and satisfying. Now I wanted my chicken tenders, fries and coleslaw 2 B mild and that it was. Now my problem is the chicken lack flavor. When U go 2 KFC each piece have flavor but Dave should add more flavor to it’s chicken ; that’s my personal opinion. Also the music was 2 loud for my taste. Now don’t get me wrong, the service was outstanding, the place is clean. Dave in general is a great establishment.“

Despite being busy, Cameron went out of his way to describe the different options and alterations they provided at Crimson Coward. Living in Pomona, it's been a bit difficult to find a good fried chicken sandwich spot. This restaurant is going to be a staple from now on!“
“This place is a “to-go” place where you can order fried chicken (plain or marinated with spicy sauce or soy sauce). I ordered 2 combo meals at $17 for each. The price was right and it tasted great. It’s a bit far (20 min driving) from my home but will definitely visit again for pick up of my orders.Parking: Public parking lots are shared with other businesses.“
“I'VE BEEN WANTING GOOD FRIED CHICKEN FOR AWHILE & MY FRIEND WHO USE TO LIVE NEAR ONTARIO SAID DONAHOO'S WAS REALLY GOOD BACK IN THE DAY. THEY CLOSE AT 6PM & AFTER ORDERING THEY TOLD US WE HAD TO WAIT AN HOUR. THREE PEOPLE WHO WERE WAITING FOR THEIR ORDER ALL TOLD US AT ONCE "IT'S WORTH THE WAIT". I'M SO PLEASED WE WAITED. WE TOOK IT HOME & IT WAS PHENOMENAL. CRISPY JUICY CHICKEN LIKE I USE TO EAT MANY YEARS AGO. FRENCH FRIES WERE DELICIOUSLY SEASONED & THE COLE SLAW WAS REALLY GOOD. “Food was outstanding, we had the chicken tenders with each of the four flavors of sauce. All of the sauces were spectacular with our favorites being the Garlic Parmesan and The Nashville Hot(even the hot is more sweet than hot) the real kicker was the pickles though. Thinly sliced and bursting with flavor makes for an excellent salty pairing with the sweet Nashville sauce. The Crack sauce was also very good and was the spiciest of the sauces but not all that hot. The chicken tenders themselves are quite large as well. Overall great experience and hope to be back.“
