We took a walk around the plaza while waiting for our order and the worker personally found us and delivered the order to us in-hand as soon as it was ready. What service! What dedication! Despite being busy, Cameron went out of his way to describe the different options and alterations they provided at Crimson Coward. “This Raising Canes gets popular because it is close to many schools and family gathering areas. I typically order the 10 piece box, extra toast and extra drink and share it. It is a great restaurant to go to with a large group. It is well themed and tells Cane's story throughout the restaurant.Parking: There is plenty of parking near and next to the restaurant and in the shopping center nearby.Kid-friendliness: Raising Cane's is a kid-friendly environment. There is an coloring and sticker activity for kids to do as well.Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible throughout the restaurant and bathroom spaces. There are tables with enough room in the aisle for an wheelchair to pass through.“

“We have a chik fil a closer to home but here’s why I prefer/recommend this place;Such friendly staff! The place was nice and clean and they had flowers at every table. We took longer than what it took for our food to get to our table! It was delicious and so warm! We went on a Thursday early afternoon. What a wonderful experience. “Hey!!! I didn't know Cane's had a different sauce! The Cane's sauce is little too peppery for me so I try to tone it down with ketchup . While I was at this store one of the customers told me to get honey mustard instead. Game changer!!! Sometimes I'll pass on Cane's b/c I like the chicken but not so much the sauce. I love that you've added another option. Looking forward to my next time dining here.“

“Yesterday was our staff Winter Party. El Pollo Loco catered it for us. The food was amazing, the servce was wonderful. They were already packing up our food, I didn't wait long at all, maybe 5 minutes. Store # 3283 is the only El Pollo Loco I go to!“

I ordered the 10 piece soy garlic wings. The total came out to about $20. Price is a little steep for wings. Surprisingly, the order came with about 5 potato swirls (imagine well done steak fries). The food overall was pretty good. Wings are made to order. The wait was about 15 to 20 minutes in the afternoon. I requested the sauce be tossed with the wings. This made the sauce slide off the wings and all over the bottom of the foil, so I recommend asking for it on the side. Overall, it was pretty good! Just a little steep in price. We would get again!“

As for service, there is very little, if not zero interaction with the staff - you order from the digital kiosk inside and wait for your order to arrive, which the staff gives you upon the order's completion.Inside was a decent size, with some tables inside. It was generally clean, but the table I sat at had some fried chicken crumbs and some lettuce, so it hadn't been clean, but that was my fault for not saying anything.Overall, it was decent and they do have a good amount of options. Price wise was a little expensive, but it's probably healthier than traditional fast food places.“

“Had not been out to the Pomona location in a long time. They moved to the back of the same shopping center as there is now a Starbucks where they used to be. Nonetheless, they are in the same parking lot. Dino's Chicken with fries, extra juice, and tortillas are still the highlight for me. But a lot of people were ordering Charbroiled bacon cheeseburgers, which also looked delicious! Good customer service and great food!“

This location is small so you won't get a table if it's busy. Sign said they open at 6:00am but they were opne at 5:15am on a Saturday. Expect to pay airport prices.“
