WaBa Grill offers fresh and tasty chicken and steak bowls, with options for quick service. However, the restaurant's atmosphere can be improved with the addition of background music or a TV. Some customers have reported varying experiences with staff, ranging from indifferent to friendly and engaging. Overall, WaBa Grill provides decent food, but the atmosphere and customer service can be hit or miss.
