Had moved out of state two years ago and was genuinely missing El Pollo. Was in town a couple days and it was on the food Fav list to hit on my brief visit. Thankfully, I was NOT disappointed. Service was spot on and the food was fresh and FABULOUS!
There was a very helpful young lady that saved me time and money. She was the best...keep up the great work.
Drive through lady with to much makeup gives attitude to my wife I went a second time in passenger seat with Wife and I witnessed it she needs to get that checked other then that food was good

El Pollo Loco is a reliable spot for great food and professional service. The community-oriented atmosphere adds to its charm. The team is friendly and dedicated to providing excellent customer service, as reflected in their quick and accurate catering orders. Customers have praised the chicken and sides for their consistent quality, along with the freshness of dishes like the pollo bowl and tostada salad.
