“The food here is always great, but today I had the absolute best customer service experience at a dine-in breakfast spot that I've had in a long long time! In my opinion great customer service at food places is becoming more and more rare especially with this younger generation, but today I had the pleasure of meeting and being served by Marisabel at this Chino Hills location. Marisabel's customer service skills are exceptional to say the least. She was very helpful with my order and very attentive to anything I needed as I was eating my breakfast. I just wanted to take the time to give her this positive feedback. Marisabel, there is no doubt in my mind that you will be successful in everything you do! You have a bright future ahead of you! “Today I went to this location at around 4 am, I usually go to other locations closer to home but never has anyone provided the service the girl named Alli provided, she was great, always smiling she’s so sweet you could tell she was tired but provided awesome service, she even offered dessert on discount, I think you guys should have more employees like her working at Carls, definitely will be a regular at that location from now on…“

“There was a young man who went out of his way to make sure the bathroom room was clean for my little girl to use it comfortably I didn't get his name but he was the only one that went out of his way to make the bathroom customer satisfaction.. the woman that I asked first looked at me like I was crazy when I told her the restroom was dirty .. when the young man heard he jumped up and got it token care of it was 9/7/2024 at around 6 or 7pm .....
There were 2 women and another man, but he was on the floor getting a massage from another worker, a woman very unperfecional. But thank you, young man“
