There’s no overhead cover, so you’re left exposed to the blazing sun or rain while placing your order, which can make the experience uncomfortable. Never been inside, always drive thru, so I can't say about the atmospere, but good food and good service. The only time I can recall them making a mistake is them putting lettuce on a burger that I didn't want lettuce on, but otherwise great!“
