I spent $40 on 2 meals & was refused sauce. Never had to pay for it before. Had they told me I had to pay for each individual sauce, including secret sauce, before I paid, I would’ve just drove off. That’s ridiculous.
Ordered their Double bacon cheese burger. For a price of $5.29 that isn't a bad price. The burger itself is not expensive unlike their competitor Carls Jr. Much more affordable. Their establishment was as clean as it can get and didn't see any issues with the food. It came out fast and didn't have to wait any longer than 60 seconds. The customer service was great. They were kind and friendly. This is exactly what I look for when it comes to the hospitality of an establishment....read full review

Yes, every time! I stop buy here every Wednesday afternoon on my way to see a friend that is in bad health. The afternoon Supervisor Marcelo and his crew are great. He calls me by my name as he is always polite, respectful, has a smile going and he moves at a very fast pace. The restaurant is always clean and the service is fast and prompt. Marcelo and his crew are a shining example of what customer service should be. Thank you for having him as an exemplary employee.
